FAQ

Why does the price go UP as I grow?
Because you get more value as you scale. At $200/month building your first systems, the coaching is foundational. At $1,000/month running $12k+ months, you're getting advanced strategy, peer connections, and higher-touch access. The rate reflects the depth. And crucially — you don't move up until your revenue supports it. That protects your cash flow.
What happens if my business doesn't grow?
You stay at the current tier until it does. There's no forced escalation. If we're 4 months in and revenue is flat, we look hard at what's not working — that's the whole point of the mentorship. We adjust the plan.
Do I have to be local to Westlake Village?
No. The mentorship is fully remote — weekly Zoom calls, unlimited messaging via app. The video studio is a bonus if you're local (or can travel to shoot in batches). Many mentees will be out of state.
How is the video studio access structured?
If you're local or visiting the LA area, you book time in the FYTS studio. Ring lights, professional audio, multiple backdrops, and full training equipment ready to shoot with. Most mentees batch a month of content in a single 3-4 hour session. Content coaching + review is included.
How long is the commitment?
Month-to-month after your first 3 months. Real business change takes at least 90 days to show, so we ask for a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel anytime.
What if I've never been an online coach before?
Perfect fit — the program is built for trainers making the transition. We'll walk through platform choice, pricing, onboarding systems, and getting your first online clients. Most mentees land their first 1-3 online clients within 30-60 days.
What about tax coaching — you're not a CPA, right?
Correct — I'm a working coach who's run my business through every stage: sole proprietor, single-member LLC, S-Corp election, retirement setup. I teach the systems and structures that work for trainers. For final tax filing you'll still want a CPA (I can refer you). But the systems, deductions, and structure decisions? That's exactly what we handle.
What's the difference between this and the $99 guide I saw before?
The $99 PDF was static information. The Accelerator is 1:1 ongoing mentorship — real coaching for your specific business, monthly progression, and access to the studio + tax coaching. Different product entirely.
